Login Troubleshoot Request Password or Username If you forgot your password, enter your QuickLessons’ username in the appropriate field. If your username is validated in the database, a new activation email with a new automatically generated password will be sent to your email address on record. If you forgot your username, you need to contact us in order to validate your account information. Please, use the Contact Us form. Username not found. Please try again. – We could not find the submitted data in our database. Please, make sure you spell your username correctly and try again. If you are sure about the Username you are using, please Contact Us and describe step-by-step how you are logging in, the error message you are receiving, the browser you are using and any additional info you might remember. The account you tried to access has expired. – This means that your access privileges to QuickLessons are terminated. If you are sure that is not the case, please Contact Us and describe step-by-step how you are logging in, the error message you are receiving, the browser you're using and any additional info you might remember. Username and password don’t match. Your account will be blocked after 5 attempts. Make sure that you are typing your username and password correctly. It is easy to accidentally make a mistake in the login fields, especially the password since it is protected. If you are not sure please contact our Support Team through the Contact Us form before the fifth attempt and describe step-by-step how you are logging in, the error message you are receiving, the browser you are using and your username. This User is not active. Please read troubleshoot section below. – This means that the user account that you tried to access is not active at the moment. There are two possibilities for this to happen. Either you forgot to click on the activation link on the “Welcome to QuickLessons” activation e-mail or the License Manager of your account has given you an Inactive status. If neither are the case, please Contact Us and describe step-by-step how you are logging in, the error message you are receiving, the browser you are using and your username. You have been blocked after 5 invalid login attempts. - For security reasons, the system will block a user account after 5 consecutive failed attempts. If you are getting access error messages, please try to retrieve your information by using the “Did you forget something?” section before the fifth attempt. If that still doesn’t solve your problem, please Contact Us and describe step-by-step how you are logging in, the error message you are receiving, the browser you are using and your username. Some extra tips For security and privacy, please make sure that you log out of the system using the "Log out" button. Also, please remember to close down your browser if you are using a public PC to prevent unauthorized access to your information. If this is the first time you login, you will be presented with a screen in which you can change the initial password that has been automatically generated for you. We recommend you do so, and keep changing passwords from time to time.
