What is the Licensing model for QuickLessons?
QuickLessons’ Customers acquire the license to access and use our platform to create courses online for a number of users determined by the license purchased; we provide different types of licenses depending on the Customer:
We request a 1 year minimum commitment from our clients. All licenses are renewable for the same amount of time prior to termination at the same price of the original purchase. Are the licenses customizable?
Yes. We provide a license model that allows creating customized licenses depending on the Customer’s needs as far as the number of users, number of courses and duration of agreement. For additional details and quotes about license customization, please Contact Us.
What is an add-on?
An Add-on is an extra package available for purchase to upgrade a Customer’s license. The Quiz Pack is currently an Add-on. It consists of interactive activities based on very popular gaming models. To make your courses even more interactive, you have up to 10 different quizzes that can be added on.
An Add-on can also be a pack of specific templates, a pack of new characters and or exercises. Such Add-ons can be customized for each Customer. New Add-ons will be developed and released with the help and feedback of our Partners and Customers. For additional information on license customization, please Contact Us.
Are custom development services included in the license?
Aside from the Add-ons, users can always customize their licenses by asking a sales agent for a quote on extra services. It is very common for our clients to purchase customized characters, templates, frames and exercises along with their licenses.

Can licenses be modified?
Any change to a license or other agreement needs to be reviewed and approved by QuickLessons LLC. Customer licenses can be upgraded at any time during the duration of the license agreement and will be charged the prorated amount up to the termination date of the original license agreement. Alternatively, the customer has the option to start a full year of an entirely new license.
Are licenses refundable?
Once a payment is received by QuickLessons LLC, no refund will be provided unless agreed upon by QuickLessons LLC.
Can I personalize my course according to my company’s visual identity?
Yes. You can use the Style feature to customize the appearance of our course using different color schemes, skins and also adding your company logo. If you need further customization such as new personalized frames, characters and templates, we offer extra customer development services. Is there a way to block other users from accessing and modifying my courses?
When purchasing a License with more than one user, QuickLessons will create a set of privacy rules to avoid modifications and access by other authors. Every time an author closes a project or uploads media to an account, QuickLessons will ask you to define a privacy status for it.
How does the free QuickLessons trial work?
The trial access is a 15-day single user license. It is completely free for experimentation and there are no limits for production. All created courses can be exported freely but will come with a discreet QuickLessons watermark.
Trial accounts do not have the collaborative features; therefore, trial users cannot share content or access content from other QuickLessons users.
After the trial period, the account expires and the user loses access to the platform unless a customer license is purchased. If a trial user purchases a license after the trial period, all previously created content will be available for him in the new account.
