Management Team

Mr. Leone is MANAGING DIRECTOR at QuickLessons LLC and is responsible for managing, coordinating and supporting activities in the United States as well as originating, executing and managing worldwide commercial partnerships.

Mr. Leone is also a Senior Partner and cofounder of Nexus Global Partners Group as well as a member of NGP's Board of Directors and Executive Board. In this position, Mr. Leone manages strategic development of the company and is responsible for ICT related projects with focus on North and Latin America.

Prior to his current positions at QuickLessons and NGP, Mr. Leone was Director of Global Alliances for Razorfish Inc., a leading end-to-end digital solution provider. In this role, he managed all aspects of large strategic partnerships including strategic negotiations, contract structuring, activity planning and relationship management. At Razorfish, Mr. Leone also acted as Director of Strategic Development for cross-platform solutions, co-manager of the Start-ups Market Transformation Area, and Principal Consultant. Prior to Razorfish, Mr. Leone worked as Principal Strategy Consultant at i-Cube Inc., leading IT system integration company based in Cambridge, MA. At i-Cube, Mr. Leone managed teams of consultants in mission critical implementation projects and worked closely with co-founders to shape the growth of the company from private to successful IPO.In addition, Mr. Leone developed and delivered Solution Workshops for various clients, and continues to coach other consultants on Digital Business Models, methodologies, technologies and development of client relationships.

Mr. Leone's expertise includes strategic consulting, interactive marketing, partner planning, business plan development and review, problem solving and design of functional specifications for B2B, B2C and community Web sites. Mr. Leone has worked with clients such as Schwab, SAP, Hartford Steam Boiler, and with start-up companies that range in scope from finance to retail to technology. Mr. Leone holds a BS and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.

Mr. Barcellos is Operations Director at QuickLessons LLC and is responsible for managing, coordinating and supporting all development efforts at QuickLessons. Among his many responsibilities, Mr. Barcellos is in charge of leading Research & Development as well as directing the IT department.

Mr. Barcellos is also General Director & Founder of QuickMind Knowledge Management Ltda, a leading company in the Latin-American e-learning market. At QuickMind, Mr. Barcellos is responsible for visioning and positioning the company, leading the team in order to maintain the strategic focus towards customers and market opportunities. Mr. Barcellos is one of the creators of QuickLessons and has been involved and leading the development team since the platform’s creation – within QuickMind.

Mr. Barcellos has solid experience in the definition, implementation and management of Human Capital Management projects and, before QuickLessons LLC and QuickMind Knowledge Management Ltda, Fabio was a partner of MHW, company that developed the first Learning Management System (LMS) in Brazil, acquired in 2000 by Xerox. Mr. Barcellos has directed content development, project management, information technology and sales teams guiding his company to the leadership of the Brazilian market.

Mr. Barcellos is a well-known speaker at national and international e-learning events and a research professional on the subject of knowledge management in context of mergers & acquisitions. As an addition to his entrepreneur skills, Mr. Barcellos has a master degree in business administration and a bachelor degree in economic sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
