QuickMind and Nexus Global Partners Establish QuickLessons LLC
October 30th, 2008
Miami, FL – October 30, 2008 – QuickMind Knowledge Management (“QuickMind”), leading developer of human capital management, eLearning and knowledge management solutions announced today the establishment of QuickLessons LLC in Miami, Florida. QuickLessons LLC is a joint venture between QuickMind and Nexus Global Partners, LLC (“NGP”), a cross border advisory and investment firm, for international commercialization of QuickLessons rapid eLearning Development platformQuickLessons is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for creating and managing Flash-based and SCORM compliant e-learning content which gives more autonomy to authors that want to develop content fast and easy. Individual and corporate authors can develop content from any computer connected to the Internet, with no need of installation or programming or designing skills.
QuickLessons has been successfully sold in Brazil since early 2008. Clients in Brazil like Embratel (Telmex), SulAmerica ING, Sanofi-Aventis, Sky Direct TV and Liberty Mutual already use QuickLessons for their content development needs. QuickLessons LLC will further this success in international markets by creating and supporting a global community of local distributors and resellers. To meet the growing global demand for rapid e-Learning development solutions, QuickLessons LLC expects to rapidly grow QuickLessons sales activity in the rest of Latin America, US, Europe and Asia.
